Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to bank processing timelines.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
- Please first recheck your bank account or payment statement.
- Then contact your credit/debit card provider, as posting time may vary.
- Next, reach out to your bank for confirmation of pending transactions.

Return Policy
Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. No return handling fee. Product must be returned with original packaging and labels.
- All products must be returned in unused, uninstalled, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products purchased under sale offers or discounts are not eligible for return.
- Reverse pickup is available in selected locations. Pickup is usually attempted within 3–5 working days.
- If pickup is not available in your area, self-ship the product within 7 days of return approval.
- After receiving the item, it will be verified. If it meets our criteria, refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage. To initiate, email us at info@vp-industries.com and ship the product to the address above.
